Our Management & Workers are highly trained and experienced in Disability, Mental Health, Customer care Service, Business Management and Competent in NDIS to be able to provide quality and individualized support to people living with disabilities.

SCREENING OF WORKERS

In line with ZERO tolerance of abuse of people living with disability,

CARERS QUALITY COMMUNITY SERVICES require all workers to have:

  • Quality, Safety and You’ module certificate

  • Current Police check 

  • Current Working with the Children Check

  • First Aid & CPR

COMPLIANCE WITH NDIS CODE OF CONDUCT

  • We act with respect for individual rights to freedom of expression, self-determination, and decision-making in accordance with relevant laws and conventions

  • We respect the privacy of people with disability

  • We provide supports and services in a safe and competent manner with care and skill

  • We act with integrity, honesty, and transparency

  • We promptly take steps to raise and act on concerns about matters that might have an impact on the quality and safety of supports provided to people with disability

  • We take all reasonable steps to prevent and respond to all forms of violence, exploitation, neglect, and abuse of people with disability

  • We take all reasonable steps to prevent and respond to sexual misconduct
